The pool officially opens from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. usually starting May 16th until September 13. The board officers have discretion to extend swimming season.  All residents present at the pool need to have pool security fobs.  If your dues are not up to date your access will be suspended.

HOMEOWNER AND GUEST PRIVILEGES:

Homeowners must be present with their guests at all times.  Please be considerate and clean up the tables, pick up trash and dispose of it in the receptacles provided.

PRIVATE PARTIES

There is a FORTY DOLLAR ($40) party fee payable in advance to reserve an area.  The sponsoring homeowner must be in attendance at all times during the party and is responsible for cleanup after the party to include placing all trash in the trash can outside the main gate and wiping off any tables used.

Please schedule your party after 4PM to ensure homeowners have chairs and the pool is less crowded in the afternoon. Parties are not scheduled on any holiday/holiday weekend. Weeknight parties are preferred.

THE POOL DOES NOT CLOSE TO RESIDENTS FOR A PRIVATE PARTY.

The charcoal grill at the pool is available on a first come, first serve basis.  Make sure all ashes are placed in the metal ash container at the end of the party. If you bring your own grill, do not place the grill near the pool building or at the Pavilion.

All party fees are to be paid via check or money order (not cash) to Woodland Brook HOA P.O. Box 447 Grayson, GA 30017 or paid through Venmo @Woodland-BrookHOA Account associated with woodlandbrookwbhoa@gmail.com

Then deliver a copy or receipt of the payment to Bethany Kiesshauer at 200 Amberbrook Circle.

Fill out the form attached and return to 200 Amberbrook Circle.

During this challenging time, the Woodland Brook Board, our pool company, and our pool committee have been closely monitoring all of the available information from government agencies regarding the safe opening of pools.  We have also been checking with other neighborhoods and pool operators to enable us to open the pool safely, for both you and those who maintain our pool. We are a SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK POOL and that will not change. We do not have lifeguards or attendants.

1. Do NOT visit the pool if you have any signs or symptoms of Corona virus infection, or if you have had a fever in the past 48 hours.

2. Pool hours will be 9AM to 9PM. This will enable us to thoroughly clean each evening.

3. Bathrooms and gates will be cleaned once per day. We encourage every person using these facilities to sanitize and wash your hands thoroughly before and after use.

4. The Board reserves the right to close the pool based on recommendations from government and health agencies.

We are relying on everyone being personally responsible for their health and that of the other users of the pool.

As always, please contact any member of the Board with your comments and suggestions.
